Ding Dong the Witch is dead

ABC's misnamed "Politically Incorrect" has been cancelled. I watched the show only a hand full of times, and about half of that resulted in turning the TV off in frustration at how incredibly stupid the show was. One particular show had Bill Maher, three other men and one woman discussing something and the woman brought up some point that Maher and the three men disagreed with. They demanded proof. She began to offer background information to support her contention, and one of the men cut her off to make a wise crack. Before she could continue Bill Maher made another wise crack, and the four men took off on some trivial tangent. As the woman tried to interject her opinion, she was immediately called to task for never offering an explanation for her earlier statement. She began again and was cut off before she could get half a sentence out, more asinine joke, then a commercial break. that continued for the rest of the show. And that was fairly typical. If Maher disagreed with a guest, the guest found himself cut off before he could offer a full explanation of anything, every point ridiculed and joked about. Maher continued to refer to himself as a Libertarian, much to the shock of real Libertarians who knew a died in the wool Socialist Democrat when they smelled one. That the show has lasted this long demonstrates the brainlessness that the TV networks approach politics.
