Why the world does not revolve around little Johnny.

A group of Danish Psychologists are now claiming that scolding is as harmful to children as spanking. But here's the key, their research is based on self-esteem. Now that's the basis for their condemnation of both scolding and spanking. So to start off with we have morons who have fallen for the cult of self-esteem. These idiot believe self-esteem is everything, in spite of studies showing too high of a self-esteem is detrimental to a persons mental health. I mean, we are supposed to eventually figure out that the world doesn't revolve around us, y'know.

At least it's good that they're not just treating spanking as the only "bad guy". I'm waiting for when they add "making kids go to bed" or my favorite "BECAUSE I SAID SO!!", to the list.
