Big Brother isn't watching anymore

In reference to the “Well it works for dogs and cows doesn't it?SFGate.com is reporting:

The grade school that required students to wear radio frequency identification badges that can track their every move has ended the program because the company that developed the technology pulled out.

The badges were developed by InCom Corporation, which claims they are “the exclusive developer and manufacturer of the InClass™ attendance taking, reporting and security system.” Brittan Elementary received quite a bit of negative press nation-wide for implementing the system.

I wonder if ole Earnie has thought about my advice of just tattooing all the kids? He certainly seems disappointed that he can't make them wear the radio transmitters.
