Is this a joke?

The “Kingdom of Saudi” (what Saudi Arabia calls itself) is sponsoring a “Counter Terrorism-International Conference” supposedly “aimed at effectively containing and warding off terrorism in a serious, responsible, and just manner that will ensure its elimination, the preservation of innocent lives, and the safeguard of national sovereignty, stability, and international peace and security”.

But...

Notorious terrorist states such as Sudan and Iran have been invited, as has Communist China as well as the Muslim World League, which is a consistent friend of terrorists.

But...

Israel, the nation who is the recipient of more terrorists acts than any other was not invited.

But wait, that's not all...

So far it appears that the United States will actually attend this mockery. What bonehead made that decision?
