Philly Five finally free

From the American Family Association:

All charges have been dropped against four Christians who were arrested in October for sharing the gospel at a pro-homosexual event in Philadelphia. Charges pending against a minor who was also arrested at the time are expected to be dismissed as well.

I'm not holding my breath waiting for the police and DA who abused their authority in arresting and charging them, to be held accountable. I do hope people don't let this charade frighten from exercising the First Amendment rights.

I expect you were griping just as vociferously when protestors were being rounded up during the 2004 GOP convention.

Those would be the ones intentionally causing a disruption during someone's speech. Quite a different setting. Quoting scripture on a public street v. screaming insults on private property during a scheduled speech.
