A New York judge declared Friday that a law prohibiting gay “marriages” violates the state’s constitution, opening the flood gates to “legalized” same-sex “marriages” in New York City, should the decision survive on appeal.

Why is it that Democrats use every chance available to bypass democracy? The law was implemented through the actions of duly elected representatives of the people, but struck down by an appointed judge. But then Roe v. Wade did the same thing. The DNC should be honest and change their name to Liberal Judicial Oligarchists National Committee.
