Hurry, toss more money!

From USAToday:

More than 80 million Africans may die from AIDS by 2025, the United Nations said in a report to be released Friday, and infections could soar to 90 million — or more than 10% of the continent's population — if more isn't done soon to fight the disease.

Two things you have to remember in this imaginary story:

A. “if more isn't done” translates “more US tax dollars funneled to beaurocrats in the UN and Africa”

B. When someone dies in a traffic accident who had previously been tested HIV+, it's classified as an AIDS death. When someone is shot to death, and was HIV+, it's added as an AIDS death. If 89 year-old gramma, (who was proclaimed HIV+ by some “doctor” administering the test after wiping the blood from his last patient from his hands with a stale, dung encrusted gunny sack) dies of old age -- guess what -- it's listed as an AIDS death.

You don't think American juries are the only people that like to play “rob the rich people” lottery do you? And in the mind of most Africans, Americans are all millionaires.
