As a potential witness for the Michael Jackson molestation trial, Jay Leno is under a court order to no speak about the trial -- but that's how he makes a living.

Leno said on his Friday night show: "I'm going to tell the jury the same thing I'm telling you right now. I only rode that llama once. I didn't know it was underage.

"I'm not allowed to tell any Michael Jackson jokes. I can still write them."

He then handed over to Garrett who launched into a number of one-liners, including: "They said this trial will probably last six months, although Michael Jackson asked for time off to entertain the troops. Okay, they're Cub Scout troops, but they're still troops."

Michael Jackson's attorney plan to use Jay Leno as one of the witness that will back up their claim that the boy's mother pestered celebrities for money.

I don't know, a mother who's son is dying of cancer pestering people to help. That's so odd, isn't it. Is Jackson's attorney trying to argue that the kid then deserved to be molested?
