Standing up for their ruling
Brian Nichols, the rapist who murdered a judge and several other people last week is scheduled to appear in court today. But since courts have ruled that wearing shackles in court will bias a jury, it's unclear if they'll be able to protect the members of the court from him.
My suggestion -- get the judges that ruled it unconstitutional to shackle a violent prisoner, and line them up as a human shield to protect the judge and members of the court during the hearing.
Some people have been pointing out the stupidity of leaving just a woman to guard the 6'1" 200 pound rapist. Normally such an argument would be considered sexist, but I think the officer Nichols almost beat to death would be the best expert on that, when she's able to speak.
