IS TERRI SCHIAVO'S MARRIAGE LEGAL? As in all contracts, there must be a witness. There were witness' with her Marriage Certificate, and with their Vows. Did Michael Schiavo break that contractual agreement? By taking on a "common law" wife and family.. could he be construed as a "Common Law Bigamist"? Just something to think about... Also I hear a news reporter say that when entering into a marriage, two people become one.. If that were true in ever sense of the meaning.. then would that mean that His new children would also be hers in every sence of the law? We all know that answer to be no. Therefore,, they are not ONE in every sense of that meaning. Did Michael break his contract with her.. and can their marriage then be prorated as a breach of contract relenquishing his responsibilities???
