“Living” Wills

BlogsforTerri has an interesting email concerning the usefulness of so-called “Living” Wills. I find the whole concept obscene, especially given that our courts now seem to treat any incapacitated person as “wanting to be killed” unless they've left some written document expressing otherwise.
