Gasp, child claims teacher spanked him!

From ABC 11 in Raleigh:

A Raleigh family is looking at legal action while Wake County deputies and school officials look into abuse allegations.

A 5-year-old preschooler says his teacher took him to her car, made him pull down his pants and spanked him with a belt. Avrille Ritchie told his mom that it happened Thursday at Smith Elementary School.

"I was crying and then she spanked me," he said.

Ritchie's mother, Ann Holloway, says her son has bruises. She was furious.

"I left here fully intending to whoop her butt," Holloway said.

The lesson learned: don't like your teacher and want more attention from your idiot mother — lie about your teacher. For heaven's sake, what is the big stinkin' deal?!? The mother wants the teacher fired, but no word about what the kid did that made the teacher take him aside to talk to him. No, blame the teacher. I expect we'll be seeing little Avrille's face on the news before long as he expands his lesson into much less acceptable behavior and finds himself looking to blame someone from crimes he'll commit.
