Search for Jennifer Wilbanks now a criminal investigation

From FoxNews:

WAGA-TV, the FOX affiliate in Atlanta, reported that the hair was found in an office park near the home of Jennifer Wilbanks. The station reported that authorities could not say yet if the hair was connected to Wilbanks' disappearance.

Authorities said they were considering the case a criminal investigation.

I reported on this yesterday, if you want more background.

This woman is a selfish, pampered, spoiled BRAT!!
She should at least get a very large fine and have to do community service. I think the FBI and the New Mexico authorities did not do their jobs. Jennifer made a false police report and the young girls that have done this in the past were punished. She should not get off due to who her family is!!!! I have a 8, 6, & 4 year olds and we are having to live in a hotel because we are homeless. I have ALLOT of stress and I have been diagnosed as Manic Depressive and ADHD. So do I get to steal a house and have people feel sorry for me?!?!?! (ha! ha!) A crime is a crime! No matter what type or by whom!!!!
All Americans are SUPPOSE to be treated equal. If the states it is a criminal offense to falsify a police report and we are going to enforce this on an 17 and 20 year olds, EVERYONE should have to follow this law.
Jennifer Wilbanks is a CRIMINAL not a VICTIM

"But that being said, this is one of the most selfish and self-centered acts I've ever seen. We saw her parents, and you could see the anguish in their eyes. It was terrible," he said.

"I don't care where you are - unless you're in the Amazon rain forest, you'd know everybody was out looking for you."

THIS IS A QUOTE REGARDING JENNIFER, IN A NATIONAL NEWS STORY FROM A MAN WHO OWNS A RESTAURANT IN THE AREA OF THE SEARCH, WHO FED FOR FREE ALL HELPING IN THE SEARCH FOR THIS MORONIC TWIT.

I BELIEVE jENNIFER SHOULD BE FORCED TO READ THE WORLD'S REACTION TO HER SELF-CENTEREDNESS AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR ALL OTHER HUMANS WH0 ARE WORTHY OF ATTENTION.

LET US ALL STOP FAWNING OVER THESE HALF WITS AND READ AND LOVE ALL NEWS STORIES ABOUT THE GOOD PEOPLE AND ACTS THAT GO ON EVERY DAY IN THE WORLD, INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON THE LACK OF CHARACTER IN PEOPLE.

That the police are saying this person will not be charge with a crime is incredible. Because she was too immature to deal with her personal problems she was the cause of a nation wide manhunt, who knows how many thousands of dollars and man-hours, and extreme anguish for her family and loved ones.

Jennifer Wilbanks is a childish monster, too stupid to comprehend the enormity of her actions. There are laws on the books against this crime, both misdemeanor and felony. They should be brought to bear in this case, not only to punish her outrageous behavior, but to send a clear message that emergency services and volunteer help is not to be trifled with.

Probably the most regrettable aspect of this whole sordid affair is that her fiancee was already being investigated by the police and convicted by the talk shows. Strike up another one for profiling. Why is profiling acceptable for white males but not for minoriites and women?

This woman should do "community-service" for the rest of her life for putting her community through such anguish and expense.

She should also be made to pay for everything it cost in trying to locate her.

They said she invited 600 people! That is a bit much don't you think?. she should have been an adult and admitted that she didn't know what she was doing and needed help. But she didn't do that, and she got overwhelmed, freaked out,and ran off to New Mexico. She should also be thankful that her fiance took her back. Because if he wasn't the forgiving type,he would've kicked her butt to the curb!
