Yelling fire in a crowded movie house

From the National Post (a markedly leftist Canadian paper)...

President George W. Bush said Tuesday that anti-war protesters such as Cindy Sheehan, who want U.S. troops brought home immediately, are "advocating a policy that would weaken the United States."

In remarks to reporters outside an exclusive resort where he is vacationing, Bush gave no indication that he would change his mind and meet with Sheehan when he returns to his Texas ranch Wednesday evening.

How exactly a $49 a night, open-to-the-public resort is supposed to be “exclusive” they didn't explain. We have motels around here that are more expensive than that.

Bloggers on the Left are jumping all over Bush's remarks claiming...well, in all honesty, I've been going over their whining posts and really can't find much substance. Mostly they're posting the photo of an old guy with an obscene paper stuck to his ear. It's been said that “profanity is a strong expression of a weak mind” so I guess they're simply proving that.

The more visible the protests are, the more encouraged the terrorists are, the more lives are lost. Why is that so hard to understand?

Ooh terrorists are encouraged by protestors!

I didn't see any protestors before 9/11, the only major attack on US soil.

Does this mean that abortion doctors are encouraged by anti-abortion protests?

You are insane.

Yes, terrorist get their validation from you lefties, what a silly thing not to realize. You confirm their actions, eat more protein. Hope that helps.

I have always wondered how and why they didn't get it.

Steve thinks abortion doctors are terrorists. Interesting. I'll just leave it at that.
