Abortion and Parental Rights, right?
Pro-abortion quacks are constantly claiming that a "woman's" choice is more important than parental rights, even if that "woman" is a young girl. So when parents attempt to force their daughter to get an abortion, you'd think they'd have an absolute cow, right? Apparently not since the case of Katelyn Kampf seems to have raise not one single "pro-choice" protest.
From the Boston Globe...
After she became pregnant by a man who is now in jail, her parents allegedly resorted to extreme tactics: Police say they tied her up with rope, gagged her with duct tape, and put her in the family Lexus and drove her across state lines, intent on forcing her to have an abortion.
The parents -- prominent Portland, Maine, property owners Nicolas Kampf, 54, and Lola Kampf , 53 -- were arrested Friday at a strip mall in Salem, N.H., after their daughter escaped and called police.
Since "choice" trumps parental rights, the "pro-choice" crowd should find this as egregious as when a parent prevents their daughter from having an abortion, but no calls of outrage are issuing forth from the so-called "pro-choice" camps about this. Wonder why?
But it gets worse....
Katelyn is 19 years old. An adult—not under her parents' authority.
Still hearing cricket noises from the so-called "pro-choice".
Apparently only the "choice" they are referring to is limited to the "choice" to murder an unborn child and not the choice to allow the child to be born. That would explain why the "pro-choice" crowd seems to have no problem with China's policies of forced abortions.
Isn't it interesting that the words Liberals use almost always wind up meaning the exact opposite of what they are supposed to mean.
