Introducing Tulsa-Parks.com!!

My latest project is ready to launch, only it's far from finished.

My wife and I had been enjoying spending Sunday afternoons visiting the parks in Tulsa, but found a want of adequate information on the internet about the parks, so we decided to fill that void. You can visit our new site at http://Tulsa-Parks.com.

We've listed every park we could find in Tulsa, including city parks, county parks and several not claimed by either. The main page shows a map of Tulsa with all the parks marked. Clicking on a marker pops up an info bubble with the name of that park linked to it's page. The individual pages have some info (which will be added to as time goes by) and a map of the park.

Additions to come will be a search for parks by the features of the park (picnic, jogging, etc.) photos of the parks (we have photos of several so far and will be adding them soon) and more detailed info for each park, compiled as we visit them.

I'd like to add a feature for driving directions to the park you choose, and possibly a list of park within a specified distance of the address you enter.

So if you're from Tulsa, or plan to visit it and enjoy the parks, check it out and link to it if you think it's useful.

Firefox can't find the server at pagead2.googlesyndication.com.

I assume the color is city vs county, but you may want to have a legend

Any indicator which have your pictures?

I thought of doing sonething this with TulsaChurches, and had the domains for a couple of years, but the number of different denominations were so many I ran out of colors
