Obama: small-town, white Americans are all bigots
From the Huffington Post...
...when he spoke to a group of his wealthier Golden State backers at a San Francisco fund-raiser last Sunday, Barack Obama took a shot at explaining the yawning cultural gap that separates a Turkeyfoot from a Marin County. "You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them," Obama said. "And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."
And I thought this guy couldn't get more clueless. Obama appears to be the bitter one, along with all the other Wright-zombies that drool over anti-white racism every Sunday.
We don't need a president that assumes all white people are bigots and incapable of figuring out how to make a living. We don't need a president that thinks religion is something bitter people cling to when the government hasn't given them enough hand-outs. We don't need a president whose obvious view of people with skin color different than his own, as losers who sit around cleaning their guns and while blaming black people for their problems.
Here's some clues for you, Obama:
1. White people don't blame black people for their problems. White people blame black people for black people's problems.
2. Most white people don't sit around waiting for the government to wipe their tushies, they get off those tushies and figure out how to make a living. This may even come as a surprise to you, but quite a few black people do the same thing.
3. Jobs appear where jobs are needed. Jobs are needed where there are people willing to buy things. People buy things when they manage to scrape a little bit of money after the government has gotten through stealing most of it from them.

As a former Pennsylvanian I lost my job, filed bankruptcy, was foreclosed on, and had to appeal for my unemployment to finally get it 4 months after I initially filed.
To say I was bitter is an understatement to the magnitude of “When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans it sure was wet outside!” I’m just glad there’s a presidential candidate who is not afraid to tell it straight. To have someone like Clinton or McCain blowing smoke up my butt and tell me it’s a cloud with a silver lining just stokes fuel to my fire.
People cling to their guns partly in anger because of facts like the 2nd amendment is repeatedly threatened by people like them, cling to their religion and go to their churches to pray partly in anger because the cries to their government have repeatedly fallen of deaf ears. These are facts that grownups tell to other grown ups. I used my gun to put meat on the table while there was no income coming in, and prayed for work when I didn’t think there was any coming. I was angry about jobs going overseas, and illegal immigrants taking jobs from starving Americans. McCain and Clinton just don’t get it, and now she is so desperate to win, she sets this thing up with the blogger and tape recorder. Then McCain jumps right on the Clinton Sunshine bandwagon. It sickens me to see for opposing parties how much alike they can be!
People are pissed off, and there’s plenty of blame to go around. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve heard “The snipers shouldn’t have missed in Bosnia!” or “Can’t Cheney take Bush on a hunting trip sometime?!” or “The Zuni rocket hit the wrong plane on the Forrestal!” or “An American hating Black man won’t last a day in the White House!” There’s a lot of anger in America today, and job losses, record oil prices, record gas prices, a recession, and a stock market being supported by the US Government’s main bank is doing nothing but throwing gas on the fire.
On the positive side, I’ve heard more people say that at least there is one candidate who is willing to inspire while being realistic without flip-flopping. That man is Senator Obama. He has sparked hope, and hit the issues head on. That is what grown up Americans are looking for, a refreshing change from a realist not an elitist. So he had to explain it to “Latte sipping elitists” in a manner that they can fathom. Does that make him less of a candidate or more??? I say more!
I appreciate him keeping it real, and I hope he doesn’t cave in and apologize for anything he said. As one of the small town Americans that fit into his description, I say “Tell it like it is!”

As a former Pennsylvanian I lost my job,
Why? Important factor
filed bankruptcy,
How soon after losing your job? Why weren't you able to find another job? Did you prepare yourself for only one field of work, then when that dried up had nowhere to go? How is that anyone's fault but your own?
was foreclosed on,
Again something that is a result of other factors that more than likely were well within your ability to control.
and had to appeal for my unemployment to finally get it 4 months after I initially filed.
That suggests there may have been something odd about the way you lost your job. Why would that then be someone else's fault?
To say I was bitter is an understatement to the magnitude of “When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans it sure was wet outside!”
Which very much belittles what the Katrina victims suffered through no fault of their own. If you were prepared for only one career, over -extended your debt, then you are responsible for what happened.
I’m just glad there’s a presidential candidate who is not afraid to tell it straight.
And apparently you now think drugs are a solution, because that's the only way you'd imagine Obama's telling anything straight.
To have someone like Clinton or McCain blowing smoke up my butt and tell me it’s a cloud with a silver lining just stokes fuel to my fire.
Pretty void of specifics. No explanation of what they are saying any why it's unsatisfactory. Typical Obama campaign rhetoric. I wonder if there's anyone reading that hasn't figured out you are actually an Obama campaign worker making all this up as you go.
People cling to their guns partly in anger because of facts like the 2nd amendment is repeatedly threatened by people like them,
And you cling to lies like that because you want an excuse to usher in Obama's socialist utopia, as if that political concept failing drastically every time it's tried, somehow means it should be tried again.
cling to their religion and go to their churches to pray partly in anger because the cries to their government have repeatedly fallen of deaf ears.
Speak for yourself. Real religion means something entirely different. Liberals, though, already have their religion (Liberalism) and therefore see traditional religion as meaningless. But they play at it so they can maintain the facade of taking it seriously, when it's very obvious they don't and are insulting those who do.
These are facts that grownups tell to other grown ups.
Ad hominem. Means nothing
I used my gun to put meat on the table while there was no income coming in, and prayed for work when I didn’t think there was any coming.
Like you've ever shot a gun in your life.
If you pray only when you're desperate, then diss religion when you aren't, then you're admitting your religion is as shallow as you political comprehension (paper thin)
I was angry about jobs going overseas, and illegal immigrants taking jobs from starving Americans.
Obama has no real solution for either problem.
And wile I oppose the current lax attitude toward illegals, there are no starving Americans. I oppose the lax immigration enforcement because it maintain a slave class, when they could so easily come here legally. I would rather see then here legally, prepared to stay and make a new home, than sneak in illegally so some rich Liberal like you can get cheap domestic help.
McCain and Clinton just don’t get it, and now she is so desperate to win, she sets this thing up with the blogger and tape recorder.
Sorry, but stupidity on Obama's part does not constitute craftiness on Hillary's part.
Then McCain jumps right on the Clinton Sunshine bandwagon. It sickens me to see for opposing parties how much alike they can be!
Pointing out what an elitist, bigoted snob Obama is? I'd be disappointed if they didn't.
People are pissed off, and there’s plenty of blame to go around. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve heard “The snipers shouldn’t have missed in Bosnia!” or “Can’t Cheney take Bush on a hunting trip sometime?!” or “The Zuni rocket hit the wrong plane on the Forrestal!” or
All from hate-filled Liberals. Hardly a representation of mainstream America.
“An American hating Black man won’t last a day in the White House!”
Also from hate-filled Liberals, who can't figure out why one of their tokens is daring to ask for real power. There's also a lot of older Democrats that never got the memo to pretend they aren't racist, and more than likely still have their official DNC issued KKK robes hanging in their closets.
There’s a lot of anger in America today, and job losses,
A, so far, non-existent media creation, which they do every election season when they fear Republicans might have a chance. Make people afraid for the economy and they'll stop spending. If they stop spending businesses stop earning. When businesses stop earning, they have to lay off employees. Thus a self-fulfilled prophecy.
record oil prices, record gas prices,
Gas prices always go up as summer approaches, combine that with inflation and every year at this time we have "record oil prices, record gas prices"
a recession,
No recession, but the media is working desperately to create one.
and a stock market being supported by the US Government’s main bank is doing nothing but throwing gas on the fire.
The stock market is supposed to operate on it's own, and not be under government control. The Constitution actually forbids it. But after the depression the Federal Reserve was created (as a private corporation funded by the government to pretend it isn't actually part of the government, therefore maintain the pretense that it is constitutional) to influence the stock market to avoid another depression. But what they do, do often causes more long term trouble, especially when Democrats are influencing the Fed and demand Keynesian economic policies. Keyens, as well as being a homosexual, was a Communist. Democrats are very fond of his theories and enforce them whenever they can.
On the positive side, I’ve heard more people say that at least there is one candidate who is willing to inspire while being realistic without flip-flopping.
There's a fourth candidate?
That man is Senator Obama.
Obama is the people you heard saying that? What fourth candidate is he talking about? Why would he be talking of another candidate when he, Hillary and McCain are trying to hide from their own flip-flopping?
He has sparked hope, and hit the issues head on.
He has sparked hope among racist Blacks who see only skin deep, and racist Liberals who see a useful token. Among people who really understand this nation, he sparks fear.
That is what grown up Americans are looking for, a refreshing change from a realist not an elitist.
When Liberals start acting and thinking like grown-ups, you can start referring to yourself that way. But you continue to whine for a "daddy state" that controls your life from cradle to grave and "solves" all your problems while removing all your rights.
So he had to explain it to “Latte sipping elitists” in a manner that they can fathom.
Nope, doesn't wash. Now you and Obama's other campaign workers are saying he only was pretending to be an elitist to con the elitists he was talking to? It's never his fault, it's always those white folks' fault, isn't it.
Does that make him less of a candidate or more??? I say more!
It makes him less, and this new excuse deepens his stupidity even more.
I appreciate him keeping it real, and I hope he doesn’t cave in and apologize for anything he said.
Of course not, he never does, he just blames it on white people.
As one of the small town Americans that fit into his description, I say “Tell it like it is!”
As one of his campaign workers, you're paid to pretend that.
