WorldNetDaily: Counselor suspended for allowing children to overhear Christian music. It was music at a beach, over heard for ten minutes, while they were passing by, but the rabid, frothing, anti-Christian bigots in California's Orange County Social Services claim she "expos[ed] children to unapproved religious activities."

LifeNews: Pastor sentenced to 30 days in jail for carrying sign that says "Jesus loves you and your baby. Let us help". He was also fined $1,130 and ordered to stay away from the abortuary.

Israel National News: Orthodox Jew suing US government for false arrest. "Evidence amount to nothing more than he "wore a skullcap (kipa) and observed kosher dietary laws, separating him from colleagues at restaurants where they lunched."

National Geographic: Bird thought extinct, found in Philippines. Photographed....then eaten!

The Pastor was "sentenced to 30 days" by doing community service. (activist judges!!)

The ordinance prohibits contact within eight feet of women entering abortion businesses without their consent.

He was arrested because he was harassing women.

In this case even the biased article contained the facts.

God in heaven, are you seeing all this?

Plus a $1,130 fine. Any sentence is outrageous considering that he was being harassed, not the other way around.

The ordinance prohibits contact within eight feet of women entering abortion businesses without their consent.

The ordinance is unconstitutional, and it's not explained if he approached them or they approached him. It is clear that the abortuary staff repeated approached him and harassed him and it was only because he wouldn't leave that the city counsel invented this unconstitutional ordinance.

He was arrested because he was harassing women.

He was arrested because he was annoying those murdering babies. They don't like their gravy train slowed down.

The law is unconstitutional? Go ahead and make your case. The First Amendment does give anyone the right to harass. Another good Christian, Fred Phelps also has tried to make this dubious claim in the past.

I can have a shred of respect for Christians who engage in acts of civil disobedience knowingly, but the moment they claim the law does not apply to them because they are Christians their credibility goes out the window.

Explain how standing, holding a sign that says, "Jesus loves you and your baby. Let us help" is in any way "harassment".

Another good Christian, Fred Phelps also has tried to make this dubious claim in the past.

Phelps is a Liberal democrat. The only people who consider him a Christian are anti-Christian bigots. Investigators have been trying to figure out how he magically gets enough income to afford a large, expensive home, "pastoring" a "church" that never meets, and has fewer than a dozen members. For someone with a long history of involvement with the Democrat party, he becomes the very boogey-man the ACLU and other pro-homosexual had been pretending existed, overnight. In other words he's a fake, a plant, there just so Liberals can claim "Christians" are doing bad things.

I can have a shred of respect for Christians who engage in acts of civil disobedience knowingly, but the moment they claim the law does not apply to them because they are Christians their credibility goes out the window.

It wasn't civil disobedience. It was free speech. The ordinance was put in place specifically to attempt to silence him, and even then in terms that defy logic. You still haven't explained how getting within 8 feet of someone is "harassment" especially since they have video of the abortuary staff actually harassing Pastor Hoye.
