Liberal media lie about arrest of former Honduran president

The details from the WSJ outline why what the MSM are calling a “coup” is anything but.

The Honduran Constitution does not allow the president to initiate changes to their Constitution—he decided to do it anyway. When their Supreme Court told him he wasn’t allowed to—he ignored them. When the HSC (Honduran Supreme Court) warned that anyone trying to run an illegal election would be arrested—the POH (President of Honduras) continued to ignore them.

So the POH, now FPOH (former) was legally arrested and chose to resign and leave the country rather than go to prison. Once outside the country he got all his Communist pals (Chavez, Castro, Ortega, Clinton) to call it a military coup and threaten repercussions.

He was arrested under existing law, by order of the HSC. that is not a coup.

The useful idiots at the various left-lurching media outlets, however, are carrying water for their favorite tin-horn dictators and pretending it was a violent military take-over.

Remember that as you hear them lie about it all day today.
